What we collect
Account identity, project names, operator-entered broadcast content, billing records, and service logs needed to run Cuebay reliably.
How we use it
To authenticate users, deliver realtime production control, process billing, send transactional email, and diagnose service issues.
Third-party processors
Cuebay relies on infrastructure providers including Supabase, Stripe, and Resend. Each provider processes the minimum data required for its role.
Data retention
Project and account data remain available until deleted by the customer or removed as part of account closure and operational retention policies.
