Use of service
Cuebay is intended for lawful production workflows. Customers are responsible for the content, credentials, and operator access associated with their workspaces.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in methods, invited team members, and project output URLs.
Billing
Paid plans renew according to the selected billing interval and can be changed or cancelled through the billing portal when enabled on your account.
Availability
Cuebay is operated on a best-effort basis with ongoing improvements to reliability, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product, pricing, or service architecture evolves. Material updates should be published alongside the hosted service.
